Juniper Ridge
Juniper Ridge Condominiums is a remodel and addition project that transformed twelve existing, tired looking single story apartments in Missoula’s Rattlesnake valley, into a courtyard complex of elegant townhomes. The existing apartments were greened by adding insulation to the walls and roofs and by replacing existing windows with high efficiency glazing. The reuse of the existing apartment buildings also allowed for substantial savings of natural recourses as well as a reduction in landfill waste.
